Well, the big day has come and gone. We enjoyed the opportunity of the past weekend, Christmas eve and Christmas day to visit with friends and family. The gifts have all been unwrapped and the daughter now has enough to keep her occupied until at least when she has to return to school. Today is a let down because there really isn't much to do other than wade into the leftovers or take out the paper for recycling. I didn't want the leftovers because I am still trying to deal with all that went down my gullet on the holiday. And after almost five days of overstimulation with parties and get-togthers it is just too quiet....
